1920 census: Candyman Louis is living with his family. Another unit is inhabited by German-descent Werner and his wife.

During the rest of the period of Robertson ownership, the home was rented out to the Mays and the Zegleys. Marion passed away in 1960 and the home was the residence of the Huntons and Gerkensmeyers in the 1960s.
